Twelve minutes from Rotterdam city centre

Rotterdam Ahoy is a short walk from the Zuidplein bus and underground station. Rotterdam city centre, where you can find a large number of the city’s hotels, is only 12 minutes by underground from this station. Thanks to Rotterdam’s outstanding underground network, the hotels themselves are often at walking distance from an underground station. To use public transport in Rotterdam (and the rest of the Netherlands) you will need a smart card (OV-chipkaart), which can be bought from one of the many ticket machines found at every station.

Would you prefer to take a taxi? Of course, this is a convenient and safe option. Dutch taxis are known for their reliability and transparency. There’s a taxi stand directly in front of Ahoy, where you can find a cab to take you to the city centre or your hotel.
